I'd like to give a BIG THANK you to SERVPRO of Leavenworth and NW Wyandotte Co. We had a sprinkler head burst and we called them as quickly as we could. Drew the manager came very quickly got his crew here as fast as he could and started taking care of us and setting up a care plan. They really saved us, their team Drew, Jacob, Emma, and Jake are the best crew ever. They really took a lot of stress off my maintenance team and myself. They took care of the paperwork, insurance, and were very prompt with everything. The crew was very helpful with the residences concerns and well being. These guys did an AMAZING JOB and they really cleaned the place up. They do a daily report to keep you informed and let us know what the care plans were daily. This was the BEST CREW EVER!

Our office had a serious issue when the sewer line backed up. We contacted Paul Goode and he had our office cleaned up and ready for business in no time! The carpets looked much better than they did before the sewer back up. They will be our FIRST call from here forward!

SERVPRO was contracted to remediate the fungus and get us an "all clear" signal so we could progress with our remodel. Our neighbor had a fire and we suffered smoke damage. Fanny, and Emma were great and Mary was just the very best! Great work ethic, very thorough, and super friendly. They really did a pro job and also did a great job of explaining what was going on as they went through things.

I had extended water damage at our commercial office building after a storm tore off some of the roof. I called SERVPRO first thing on a Saturday morning and the crew was here within an hour of the call. They did an AWESOME job making it easier to handle the situation. Since then Paul has stayed in contact with us. Our little community was affected by recent flooding and he brought up a pallet of water to hand out to our patrons. Paul and SERVPRO goes over and beyond the call of duty. Even though I hope I don't ever need their services again, I would definitely use them again.
