    Patrick Butler is the owner and operator of SERVPRO of Southwest Wichita. Patrick moved to America from Ireland in 1989 and spent 11 years working in aircraft and then 20 years and counting owning the Northeast location of SERVPRO. He has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and has certifications from the Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in: Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet Cleaning, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Odor Control, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning.

    Business Development Manager

    Michael Butler works to develop business relationships, manage projects and help when losses hit business and home owners in Southwest Wichita. Our story began in 2001 when Patrick Butler and his business partner, Craig McIlvaine, opened their first SERVPRO franchise in Wichita. After a successful career in the aircraft industry and later owning a handyman business, Patrick combined his technical background and construction knowledge to build a restoration company focused on helping people recover after disaster. 

As the company grew, SERVPRO of Southwest Wichita was established as a second franchise to better serve the community—expanding the same trusted service, values, and commitment that built the original location. 

Today, SERVPRO of Northeast Wichita and SERVPRO of Southwest Wichita remain family-owned and operated, with Patrick working alongside his sons, Michael and Sean. What started as a small basement operation has grown into a full-service restoration company with an office, warehouse, and workshop ready to handle jobs of any size. 

Our certified restoration professionals specialize in fire, water, mold, and storm damage cleanup and restoration for both residential and commercial properties. With advanced training, IICRC certifications, and industry-leading equipment, we’re equipped to restore your property quickly and effectively. 

As part of a nationwide SERVPRO network, we have the resources to manage large losses while still providing the local, personalized service our Wichita community trusts.
