Owner and Operator

Patrick Butler is the owner and operator of SERVPRO of Southwest Wichita. Patrick moved to America from Ireland in 1989 and spent 11 years working in aircraft and then 20 years and counting owning the Northeast location of SERVPRO. He has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and has certifications from the Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in: Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet Cleaning, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Odor Control, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning.

Business Development Manager

Michael Butler works to develop business relationships, manage projects and help when losses hit business and home owners in Southwest Wichita. He has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Fire & Smoke Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration, and Odor Control. He loves solving problems and getting customers back to normal.

Accounting Clerk/ HR Administrator

James plays a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly. From scheduling jobs and coordinating paperwork to handling billing and collections, he supports many of the essential processes that keep our team organized and efficient.

With a strong background in customer service, James brings a personable, respectful, and compassionate approach to every interaction—especially when helping clients navigate the stress of property loss. His attention to detail and steady support makes him an invaluable part of our SERVPRO^®; team.

Business Development

Mike is a key member of our Business Development team, building strong relationships with local businesses and homeowners throughout Wichita. Out in the community every day, he shares how SERVPRO can help and how partnering with us creates mutual benefits. Mike stays involved in every referred job from start to finish, acting as a dedicated point of contact throughout the restoration process. His professionalism, communication, and commitment make him a valuable resource for both clients and our team.

Marketing Support Coordinator

Anastasia is our Marketing Support Coordinator, focused on maintaining and growing SERVPRO’s digital presence. From creating and curating engaging social media content to attending local networking events with our Business Development team, she ensures the SERVPRO brand is always represented with professionalism and care. Her creativity, attention to detail, and dedication help connect our team with the community and showcase the trusted service we provide to homeowners and businesses throughout Wichita.

Fire Supervisor

Carey is our Fire Supervisor, she has years of expertise in fire damage restoration, smoke and soot cleanup, mold cleaning, and general cleaning services. From the initial inspection through the completion of the work, Carey is readily available to answer questions and guide homeowners through the fire restoration process. Her attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to quality ensure each job is handled efficiently and with care. Carey’s broad skill set makes her a trusted leader on every project.

Crew Chief

As one of our experienced Crew Chiefs, Anthony brings valuable restoration expertise from his years with our Wichita team and a SERVPRO franchise in Arizona. He is highly knowledgeable and exceptionally efficient; he approaches every project with confidence and professionalism. From water losses to fire damage and mold remediation, Anthony handles each job with skill and care. His steady leadership and commitment to quality make him an essential part of our team and trusted support for our clients.

Crew Chief

Mitch is one of our four Crew Chiefs and an essential part of our restoration team. He began as a temporary employee, but his drive and rapid growth quickly earned him a full-time role. With hands-on experience in water, fire, and mold restoration, Mitch brings skill and a positive attitude to every job. His strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile make him an asset to our team and a trusted resource for our clients.
