I made the mistake of calling another company first. After the assessment and waiting 3 days for a return call I finally called ServPro. It’s been over a week and still haven’t heard squat from the other company and Servpro has completed their work already. Sean the project manager scheduled my assessment the next day. Neal the assessor was prompt on time and answered every question I had, especially when work would begin. Once the assessment was completed Sean informed me that a crew would be there. In a few hours Alex the crew chief and crew arrived. The crews main goal was to please me, the customer.
