With decades in the SERVPRO system, the Zubricki family has the skills, knowledge, and experience to help you with any size or type of disaster restoration.

As owner and executive, Stephanie is the hub of the operation here at SERVPRO. Her knack for organization and efficiency keeps everything running smoothly. Stephanie previously held administrative leadership positions with the University of Hawaii and the University of Iowa. She also holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University Hawaii. We are pleased and fortunate to have Stephanie's leadership skills with Team Zubricki.

As Chief Financial Officer and owner, Amanda leads our team by combining strategic financial stewardship with operational ownership, while fostering growth and community stewardship.

Our General Manager, Nick, serves our community and leads with his twenty + years of experience. His expertise is in the commercial and residential Fire and Water Damage restoration field. He leads by providing expertise with quick results in emergency situations of any size, from small leaks to commercial large loss and disaster recovery.

David Mason is our Vice President of Operations for SERVPRO of Western Lake County. His work history with SERVPRO dates back to 2006 when he coordinated 90 franchises as a BDP Business Development Program Specialist for SERVPRO Corporate. His efforts have resulted in a substantial number of accolades, including the 2024 SERVPRO National Franchise of the Year award, numerous Extra Mile Awards and the 2014 Outstanding Service Award. He leads our Commercial Large Loss unit as a Sales Manager and as well as our far-ranging Disaster Recovery / Storm Team. David has built and sustained many contacts throughout the restoration industry spanning the entire country. His knowledge, personality, and drive make him a valuable member of our SERVPRO family.

Elvira is our phenomenal Office Manager. She joined our SERVPRO team in 2013 and continuously delivers exemplary customer service. Elvira successfully manages demands of the daily operations, organizes job scheduling, prepares payroll, helps where needed, while also assisting to ensure that all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation. She keeps our office running smoothly so the team can quickly respond to your residential and commercial fire, water, mold and biohazard cleanup and repair needs.
