We had a water heater drain in the basement which is a finished basement. Called Servpro of Vigo county. Chet & his crew were there that night to set up their driers. They were very thorough & considerate.

It is never something you want to deal with - mold from a water issue. But from the first contact with Serve Pro, we felt like everything was going to be ok. They took what seemed a daunting and and impossible issue to deal with and made us feel completely at ease. Chad and every employee we came in contact with treated us with respect and we felt like we were their only client. They took great care with our precious family heirlooms and understood how emotional the process could be. The end product was a mold free home and all of our belongings were successfully remediated and returned in perfect condition. We do not wish to have this happen to anyone, but if it does, I would only recommend Chad and his staff at Serve Pro.

We worked with Justin and his team after our office fell victim to some water damage. Our carpets were like a splash pad. Even though they were swamped with other customers and their storm damage they had a team in by mid-afternoon to begin working. They were thorough that day and in the days that followed. We came back after the weekend our carpets were dry and no odors were present. We know they'll handle the cleaning just as efficiently as they did the first half! Communication was on point, Justin and his team were top notch!
