We are happy to announce that we have an in house contractor who has over 30 years of experience in the contracting business. He has owned his own construction business for 25 years and completed everything from foundation to finish. He is a huge asset to our company. When your home or business is faced with a fire or water damage, the damage is not always limited to just a cleanup job. The job might require drywall replacement, new flooring, painting and a number of other things. 5+ Corbin was here numerous times to repair and replace items that were wet and molded due to water damage. Himself, and sometimes helpers, worked at a good pace to make things right. My wife, Crystal was here most of the time and made numerous comments about the professionalism and knowledge shown while they were here. Thanks Corbin

We had black mold situation in between wall of kitchen and bathroom...had to have bathroom wall taken out and kitchen gutted...very stressful but servpro people were amazing ...response to our need was fast...each team that was send were very courteous and respectful of our property... Our home experienced a water flood which was filled with well installation mud into three rooms of my house. The damage took a great deal of cleanup, removal of carpets, new drywall, floor molding, and use of fans, heater and dehumidifiers to dry the walls and floors. I had them do my repairs as well. My house is finally getting close to being back to normal. They responded immediately to the incursion of water with professionalism and support. They have been in and out of the house dealing with two water leaks, doing repairs and drying out the walls. It was evident that they are all good kind people , respectful and helpful with many excellent skill sets ! Thank you for being the bright spot in what was a very trying situation. The dry wall , painting and carpentry all looks great !They were careful working in my home and made sure everything was perfect before they finished. Thank you Corbin, Kurt and Diego and Justin! Job well done.

We had ServPro out to our house, unfortunately its not a great day when you have to call a company such as this to your home but Justin and his team helped make us feel more comfortable and confident in our home being a safe healthy place to live. SERVPRO of Steuben, DeKalb and LaGrange Counties has been a family owned and operated company for over 15 years. The owners, Pam, Dave and Justin Adkins all work at SERVPRO of Steuben, DeKalb and LaGrange counties. Pam is a retired registered nurse who is our office manager and makes it all work. Dave retired from General Motors after 30 years of employment and is our behind the scenes guy but ready and willing to help on any job necessary. Justin is our project manager and estimator. He has over 15 years of experience in the restoration business.
