SERVPRO’s 4-Step Odor Removal Process
Remove the Odor Source
Debris containing odor-causing residues will continue to give off odors. That’s why we deal with the source of the odor first.
Clean Residues From Surfaces
After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.
Seal Surfaces Exposed To Unpleasant Odors
Severe situations may require sealing if odor removal would be insufficient.

Removing persistent smells from your commercial property—office, warehouse, hospital, apartments, and more—can be quite a challenge. Good afternoon,
I just witnessed two of your guys help push a disabled vehicle out of the way at a busy intersection. While many people looked on and passed by, your guys took the extra 3 minutes to help a guy out when his car stalled at the on ramp at northbound I465 and 10th st. Bravo to your guys. It shows great character. I hope that I never need your services, but if I do, based on what I saw today, I'll be calling your company.
Great job! Seth DeArmond
Thank you for drying out my store. You guys were excellent to work with. I would tell everyone to use SERVPRO.
I had a tree limb fall on my house causing water to enter through the roof. T.J, and his crew not only removed the water and dried the house out but did all the repairs to fix things like they were before the storm. Thank you so much!
