Drew Bradley, Vice President
Drew Bradley brings more than 26 years of experience in the construction industry, including nearly 15 years specializing in restoration services. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for strong leadership, operational excellence, and a people-first approach to business.
In November 2025, Drew joined SERVPRO Team Olson as Vice President. In his role, he is focused on developing team members, driving operational success, and creating exceptional experiences for both customers and employees. He believes that the foundation of every successful organization is its people and is passionate about fostering a culture built on accountability, growth, and service.
Drew holds multiple IICRC certifications, including Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), and Odor Control Technician (OCT). His combination of technical expertise and leadership experience allows him to effectively guide teams through complex restoration and construction challenges.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Drew is deeply committed to faith, family, and personal growth. He is passionate about leadership development, mentoring others, and helping people reach their full potential both personally and professionally. Known for his authenticity, work ethic, and servant-leadership mindset, Drew strives to make a positive impact on everyone he works with and serves.

Tyler Croker, General Manager - Construction
Tyler Croker serves as the General Manager of Construction for SERVPRO Team Olson. Tyler first joined the company in Colorado on October 19, 2020, and relocated to Indianapolis on December 1, 2023, to lead the construction division.
Tyler began his career with three years of experience as a carpenter before joining SERVPRO Team Olson as a construction foreman. Demonstrating a commitment to professional growth, he mastered Xactimate and advanced into a Project Coordinator role before transitioning into his current leadership position. Prior to his time in the restoration industry, Tyler spent nine years with King Soopers/Kroger, where seven of those years were in management roles.
Tyler’s diverse background in skilled trades and long-term management allows him to effectively oversee complex construction projects while fostering a high-performing team.
Tenure: With SERVPRO Team Olson since October 2020; with the INDY team since December 2023Experience: Over 15 years of management and construction experience, including expertise in Xactimate and restoration project coordination.

Tyler Davis, General Manager - Mitigation
Tyler Davis has been a GM of Mitigation with SERVPRO Team Olson since January 2026. Prior to joining SERVPRO, He spent over 13 years with Paul Davis Restoration in Tampa FL.
In his current role, Tyler partners with property managers, Maintenance teams businesses, general contractors and clients to provide trusted restoration solutions and support during unexpected property emergencies and disastrous events. His extensive background in restoration has strengthened his ability to build meaningful industry connections.
Tyler is passionate about fostering genuine partnerships, strengthening community relationships, and serving as a trusted resource throughout the restoration process. He is a true Bucs fan and can't wait to bring warmth to the SERVPRO team.

Alyssa Housty serves as Office Manager for SERVPRO Team Olson, supporting daily office operations, team coordination and customer communication. With over 15 years of customer service experience and a background in leadership and administrative support, she brings strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to the team.
Alyssa joined SERVPRO Team Olson in January 2026.

I have used SERVPRO West for both commercial and residential cleaning. I would not have used the residential had not the commercial went well. It truly went well and I was very happy with the technicians as they treated my furniture as if it were their own. I had some antique pieces and they handled them with great care and wore gloves and masks. The next time I need cleaning services I will call SERVPRO West as they are the best.
About Us
Erik Olson graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2006 with a B.S. in Business Administration. His education propelled him to quickly help build a thriving SERVPRO business, Olson Restoration/SERVPRO of Greater Boulder in Colorado. In 2012, he became President and CEO.
Erik has been with his family-owned company, SERVPRO of Greater Boulder, since 1980. He, along with co-owners Kristine C. Olson and Scott Beck, is now the owner of five SERVPRO franchises across Colorado, Texas, Indiana, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Canada, offering services ranging from mitigation to full restoration. He was the first to own a SERVPRO franchise internationally. Erik also leads one of the three Commercial SERVPRO Global Disaster Recovery Teams in the nation.
Olson Restoration acquired SERVPRO of Indianapolis West in March 2020. The team there welcomes him and is excited to continue growing the business together in both the residential and commercial sectors.
Erik has been recognized by SERVPRO corporate for his outstanding achievements and contributions to excellence. He is well-versed not only in residential losses but also in all types of commercial damages. Erik is ready to help clients get their schools, hospitals, and other retail businesses back up and running while navigating the challenges that come with such complex projects.
He lives in Longmont, Colorado, with his wife, Kacey, and their three children. A man of faith, Erik strongly believes in giving back to his community and is involved with numerous philanthropic projects and charities.
