I had some extensive water flooding in my home. From the time that I placed the phone call to Servpro, I had a Servpro member at my house within 30 minutes to assess the water damage to my home. He advised me, that I needed to act quickly so the water would not present me with further damage. I gave them the go ahead to start the process. Within 30 minutes after that there was a crew that arrived and started the process to remove the standing water. The process is now complete and this company is phenomenal. They took the extra steps to also make sure that nothing further was damaged. Thank you Servpro of Eastern Lake County for a start to finish job. I would recommend this company for anyone, and would definitely use them again.
