I had some extensive water flooding in my home. From the time that I placed the phone call to Servpro, I had a Servpro member at my house within 30 minutes to assess the water damage to my home. He advised me, that I needed to act quickly so the water would not present me with further damage. I gave them the go ahead to start the process. Within 30 minutes after that there was a crew that arrived and started the process to remove the standing water. The process is now complete and this company is phenomenal. They took the extra steps to also make sure that nothing further was damaged. Thank you Servpro of Eastern Lake County for a start to finish job. I would recommend this company for anyone, and would definitely use them again.

Terry and his team came in and did a phenomenal job when we had water damage in our kitchen because of a dishwasher leak. He was thorough in being sure everything was understood, and put us at ease that everything was going to be taken care of properly. You can tell that he works with excellence and expects the same from those working on his crew. It helps to have knowledgable and kind people working in your home - especially in stressful situations such as this.
