SERVPRO of Central and Downtown Indianapolis
Why Choose SERVPRO for HVAC and Air Vent Service?
A healthy living environment starts with clean air. If the air coming out of your vents smells musty, or your air vents look dirty, it’s probably time for an HVAC and air duct cleaning from SERVPRO®.
Each time your HVAC system circulates, your air ducts collect dust, dirt, and other airborne particulates that were missed by the air filter. In just one year, a typical home can collect more than 40 pounds of dirt, dust, and particles. Everyday housecleaning can get most of it, but it takes a professional cleaning service like SERVPRO to clean air ducts effectively.
Schedule a routine air duct cleaning if:
- You have pets living in your home.
- You have allergies or asthma.
- You smoke.
- Your home has suffered fire or smoke damage.
- Your home has been renovated or is being remodeled.
Benefits of clean air ducts:
- Improved indoor air quality (reduced bacteria, allergens, pet dander, etc.).
- Increased energy efficiency (clogged vents make your HVAC system work harder).
- Longer life for your HVAC system.
SERVPRO of Central and Downtown Indianapolis's uniquely trained technicians follow industry standards for air duct cleaning services as defined by the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA).
We use specialized equipment and proprietary products to clean and sanitize the mechanical components of your HVAC duct and air duct system while controlling the airflow in the healthiest way possible during the duct cleaning process.

Things You Should Know about HVAC & Air Duct Cleaning
First, system access to the duct interiors should be made through existing openings. This could be via:
- Return grills.
- Duct end caps.
- Existing service openings.
Your SERVPRO technician will often begin by breaking contaminants loose from your system, either by hand or using a vacuum, to agitate dirt and dust. This is a basic, but important step in the HVAC cleaning process.
SERVPRO uses a variety of tools and equipment. It might be mounted on a truck, or they may use portable vacuums. Chemicals may also be used to help sanitize, disinfect, and deodorize air ducts.

Simplifying Insurance
We make insurance claims easier, with fewer headaches for you. We take care of the details and coordinate any paperwork, so you can focus on moving forward.
We thoroughly document the damage and communicate clearly with you and your insurance agent throughout the process.
Your insurance provider trusts SERVPRO to respond quickly — we address sewage issues swiftly to control costs, prevent further damage, and keep the insurance process moving smoothly.

Commercial HVAC & Air Duct Cleaning
At SERVPRO, we offer commercial HVAC and air duct cleaning services, so businesses of all sizes—from a single storefront to warehouse—can provide clean air for their employees and clients.
SERVPRO technicians, using the latest techniques and equipment, can clean large facilities such as office buildings, hospitals, hotels, and schools. This helps ensure that air quality is improved and your HVAC system runs at peak efficiency.
What our
customers are saying
These guys are great people. A great team and a great company. I've worked with SERVPRO several times and they always put the customer first and make the process some much easier for me. Thank you!
This company treated me and my family with great respect and empathy after our house fire. They cleaned all of our belongings and restored my house fast and efficiently. I am beyond impressed with their fast response and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
The fire suppression system went off in our hotel after a guest hung their clothes on the sprinkler head in the room they were staying in. It caused an awful mess, but SERVPRO made the entire process much easier for all of us. The team was led by Adrew and Chad, and I'm totally impressed with how we were treated and how fast we were able to reopen the hotel.
A huge thank you to Adrew and his team for the fast and professional service. My toilet backed up and made a huge mess. I called SERVPRO at noon on Saturday, and they were at my house cleaning up the mess by 2pm. Thanks again for all you did to help us.
SERVPRO dried my house after a pipe burst last month. They did a great job, and I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.
Thank you for cleaning up after my kitchen fire. I really appreciate how you guys made it "Like it never even happened." I saw that written on your business card and thought it would be good to use in my testimonial. My whole house is so clean, and I just wanted to say thank you for everything.
We had water in our crawl space and didn't know it. Over the course of about two weeks or so, mold grew and became a huge problem. SERVPRO of Central Indianapolis cleaned the crawl space and now we don't have mold down there. I'm glad I called a professional company to handle this problem.
Our power went out during a storm and our basement flooded. Thankfully SERVPRO came out and we didn't have to try to do it ourselves. My insurance company knew who they are and said yes, they are a good and reputable company.
My insurance company suggested I call SERVPRO to remove the water and dry my house. My water heater leaked, and water was in every room on the lower level of the house. They came out fast and removed all the water and set some fans and dehumidifiers. After a few days my house was completely dried. Thet even came back each day to monitor and make sure the drying process was working. Thanks a bunch, from the Adamilla Family.
