I cannot thank SERVPRO WWS enough for the incredibly fast response to our flooded basement on Sunday. They were at my house 30 minutes after my wife called them, and set to work right away removing all the carpet and padding that was ruined by the black sludge that came up through our floor drains. Thank you, thank you, thank you. When we noticed our basement had flooded on a Sunday morning, I thought it would be at least two days before someone could come and help. SERVPRO WWS was there within two hours of me calling them. Dave, Will and the crew got to work right away sucking up all of the water in our storage room, bathroom and rec room.
