About Us

Our basement in a building from 1930 flooded with 6 inches of water. The smells and the residue left over was unbearable. Flavio and Brayan with their team came and truly made it look like it never happened. Their work ethic, professionalism and commitment to restore the space is unmatched. Highly recommend!!!!

Thank you to the amazing team that showed up the morning of our fire. I cannot begin to explain how thoughtful this team was to our family. When you are faced with a horrific event you feel lost and helpless, this team came in on day one and has a process and procedure in place. I did not have to think about a thing- they did it all. Their team consists of knowledgeable, kind, smart, funny and most importantly empathetic individuals. I will never be able to thank this team enough for what they have done for my family. You all are truly amazing!

Prompt and did good work

Had a water leak/mold in my powder bathroom coming from a pvc pipe above connected to my humidifier. My insurance company directed me to ServPro. Aldo was my lead of the project. From Aldo to everyone that entered my home--they were great!! Knowledgeable+kind. Answered all my questions and checked in/came by each day. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do--I will not hesitate to use them again!

Recently had our Nieces home thoroughly cleaned do to cigarette smoke issue prior to putting the house on the market. I worked with Project director Ricky Ibarra and Lead Project Coordinator Abby Chavez to develop the project scope. Communications was excellent and quoted price was extremely competitive. Scheduling and work began within a few days. Crew Chief Ricardo Castellanos and his crew did a magnificent job. Very knowledgeable and courteous field crew. Could not have been happier with the end result. Beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend ServPro to anyone needing this type of work done. Thanks to all.

Flavio, the team leader was the only one who knew what was and how to address a pest investation in our one year old toyota. He and his team efficiently corrected the problem.

When we found our basement flooded, it was a truly challenging time—an immediate crisis that felt overwhelming. We called Servpro of Wheaton/Glen Ellyn/Lisle, and their prompt service and attention immediately saved our basement from complete disaster. They showed up quickly and ready to work. The level of professionalism and coordination was outstanding. Dan Prazak (Mitigation Operations Manager)created a clear plan, and our Crew Chief, Lydia Santoyo, led the on-site work with incredible efficiency. A special shout-out must go to Abby Chavez (Sr. Project Coordinator). Dealing with the damage was stressful enough, but when we faced anxiety relating to payment because our insurance did not cover the complete remediation, Abby was a lifesaver. She was incredibly patient when fielding all our complex billing inquiries and took the time to ensure we had a complete understanding of the financial process and the gap. Her communication was truly exceptional and helped reduce our anxiety significantly. What impressed me most was their profound empathy. They understood that they weren't just walking into a job site, but into our home and a source of considerable stress and emotion. They treated our property with respect and offered genuine reassurance during the chaos. If you are ever facing a water damage emergency, I highly recommend this team. They turn a disaster into a manageable process with compassion and expertise. Bravo!

I am a Property Manager of the Western Suburbs that entails overseeing financials, customer relations and maintenance of 3 properties currently. As much as a property does preventative maintenance, sometimes unforeseeable events and work orders arise that may require a vendor to step in and assist with the corrective maintenance. ServoPro of Wheaton/Glen Ellyn/Lisle is the best of them when it comes to offering all different types of restoration, clean up and construction. They even do emergency responses, which we needed at one of our properties. From the customer service side with Sara Baker and Abby Chavez to the fast and prompt response time, expertise, knowledge and skills by Ricky Ibarra, Lorenzo Rounds is something that I could not keep quiet about and needed to be shared in hopes that others give them an opportunity to do what they did at our property. You will not be disappointed! Thank you ServPro again for outstanding service and quickly resolving frustrations and troubles so our residents can continue to live in a happy and enjoyable home and environment!
