Had a water overflow issue in my basement and called ServPro in Cary. They were out here ASAP, ripped out damaged carpet, hardwood, and drywall, and had my basement dry in only a few days. Significantly reducing additional damage. They checked moisture readings each day and even helped with some electrical issues. We experienced a sewer backup in our basement last Friday night. Black Diamond (5/5 stars) sent a plumber out to rotor out the sewer line We also contacted this ServePro office and they had their staff at our house early Saturday morning. I had a garage fire last month that ended up causing smoke damage to almost my entire house. Steve from SERVPRO came out and showed me where the smoke damage was and worked directly with my insurance company to get everything cleaned up and restored. I had previous experiences with other restoration companies (I will not name names though) that were INCREDIBLY stressful because I felt like I was being pulled in so many different directions by my insurance company and the restoration company. Having SERVRO dealing directly with my insurance adjuster made the process so much smoother and pleasant, and my house actually looks better than it did before the fire.

Used SERVPRO for the second time now and everything was just as fantastic the second time around. I guess I have really bad luck because I keep having water damage happen at my house, but these guys made these awful and irritating situations much more bearable and much less traumatic!
