Ken Fewkes is the General Manager for all of our franchises. He has been with SERVPRO for 7 years. Ken oversees the day-to-day operations at SERVPRO, ensuring everything runs smoothly. If you are looking for Ken, he can usually be found working alongside the crew. His commitment to the company is unmatched, and he is always willing to go the extra mile. Ken has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Commercial Drying Specialist, among others. We are so very grateful for his commitment and expertise.

Taylor is our Production Manager here at SERVPRO of Champaign/Urbana and has been a part of this franchise since 2017. He is available 24 hours a day for any emergency service we provide. His efficiency at SERVPRO and willingness to go above and beyond for any customer has made him an integral leader within this company. Taylor has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Applied Microbial Remediation.

Travis is a Production Manager here at SERVPRO of Champaign/Urbana and has been with the franchise since 2017. He was initially hired on as a production technician, and promoted a year later to Production Manager Assistant, and then later that year he was promoted once again to Production Manager alongside Taylor. Travis has proven his responsibility, dedication, and hard work to this company from the start, resulting in his rapid climb here at SERVPRO. He is available 24 hours a day for any emergency service we provide. His commitment to our customers is what helps us strive to always put forth our best effort on any job. Travis has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Applied Microbial Remediation.

Mike has been a key part of SERVPRO Team McGuire's construction team since 2020. As Construction Operations Manager, he brings skill, leadership, and a strong attention to detail to every project—making sure each job is done right from start to finish. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, heading out to concerts, fishing on his pontoon boat, and hunting. Whether he's on the job site or out in the woods, Mike brings the same dedication and focus to everything he does.

Kathy has been with SERVPRO since 2012, bringing years of experience and a steady hand to our day-to-day operations. She originally served as the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Clinton, IL, and joined our team when Dave and Suzie acquired that franchise. Kathy is the go-to for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and is a cornerstone of our office team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially when it involves traveling or getting out on the water for a relaxing day of kayaking.

Courtney joined SERVPRO Team McGuire in 2023 as our Human Resources Manager. With a thoughtful and people-first approach, Courtney helps foster a positive workplace culture and supports our growing team behind the scenes. When she’s not handling HR responsibilities, you can find her outdoors—gardening, camping, or traveling with friends. Courtney brings the same care and dedication to her work that she does to every adventure.

Yvonne joined SERVPRO Team McGuire in 2025 as our Accounting Administrator, bringing precision, organization, and a helpful spirit to our financial operations. She helps keep the numbers in order and the business running smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, Yvonne loves to cook and spend time with her two energetic Australian Shepherd puppies, Max and Sadie. Her attention to detail and warm personality make her a great fit for the team.

Bobby has been keeping things running smoothly at SERVPRO Team McGuire since 2011. As Warehouse Manager, he takes pride in maintaining an organized, efficient, and clean space for the entire team. His attention to detail ensures our crews always have what they need, when they need it. When he’s not keeping the warehouse in top shape, Bobby enjoys relaxing with a good cup of coffee and geocaching. Libby joined SERVPRO Team McGuire in 2023 and plays a key role in expanding our reach and building strong community relationships. As a Business Development Representative, she not only connects with clients and partners but also leads all things digital marketing—keeping SERVPRO top of mind both online and in the field. Outside of work, Libby loves spending time with her daughter, and she’s always up for catching some live music. Her creativity, enthusiasm, and personal touch make her an essential part of the team.

Damon is our Assistant Production Manager here at SERVPRO. He has serviced the Champaign/Urbana area with SERVPRO since 2005 and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration. Damon is a responsible and reliable employee, and when he is not helping out customers he likes to compete in a recreational dart league.

Tavell has been part of SERVPRO Team McGuire since 2022 and brings expertise and dedication to her role as a Restoration Technician IV. She is an IICRC-certified water technician, committed to helping customers recover quickly and thoroughly after water damage and other losses. Outside of work, Tavell enjoys spending time with her kids and relaxing at home with a good movie or TV show. Her strong work ethic and caring nature make her a valued and trusted member of the team.

Isaiah has been a dedicated member of SERVPRO Team McGuire since 2018. As a Restoration Technician III, he brings experience, reliability, and a positive attitude to every job site. Known around the office for his unmistakable laugh, Isaiah helps create a fun and uplifting environment wherever he goes. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend. His strong work ethic and upbeat personality make him a valued part of the team.

Kenn joined SERVPRO Team McGuire in 2023 and brings energy, focus, and a strong work ethic to every restoration job. As a Restoration Technician II, he works hard to ensure each project is completed efficiently and with care. Outside of work, Kenn enjoys staying active—whether he’s shooting hoops on the basketball court or keeping sharp with boxing. His dedication on and off the job makes him a valuable part of the SERVPRO team.

Dorrian joined SERVPRO Team McGuire in 2024 and brings enthusiasm and a fresh perspective to the restoration team. Originally from Florida, he’s known for his creativity and drive—both on and off the job. Outside of work, Dorrian is a rapper with music available on streaming platforms under the name IHateDorrian, and he’s also a big anime fan. Whether he’s helping customers recover or creating music, Dorrian puts passion and personality into everything he does.

Kara joined SERVPRO Team McGuire in 2025 as our Construction Coordinator, bringing strong organizational skills and a can-do attitude to support our construction projects from start to finish. She plays a key role in keeping things on track and making sure every detail is accounted for. Outside of work, Kara enjoys traveling, spending time with her three sons, and hitting the lanes as part of a bowling league. Her supportive spirit and attention to detail make her an important part of the team.

Adrian became part of SERVPRO Team McGuire in 2024 and brings a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to every job site. As a Restoration Technician I, he’s committed to helping customers through the restoration process with care and precision. Outside of work, Adrian enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his chihuahua, Peanut. His creativity and easygoing nature make him a great addition to the team.

Dagoberto joined SERVPRO Team McGuire in 2024 and brings a dependable and hardworking spirit to the restoration team. As a Restoration Technician I, he takes pride in helping customers recover from unexpected damage with care and efficiency. Outside of work, Dagoberto enjoys listening to music and spending quality time with his nephew. His positive attitude and steady presence make him a valued part of the team.

Ashwin joined SERVPRO Team McGuire in 2025, bringing curiosity, focus, and a great attitude to every project he takes on. Originally from Florida, he’s passionate about learning and growing within the restoration industry. Outside of work, Ashwin has a variety of unique hobbies—he’s into cars, enjoys building with Legos, and is an avid coin collector. His attention to detail and diverse interests make him a standout member of the team.

Daniel joined SERVPRO Team McGuire in 2025 and brings reliability, focus, and a strong work ethic to his role as a Restoration Technician I. Originally from Chicago, he’s married with three kids and values both family and hard work. Outside of the job, Daniel enjoys riding motorcycles and spending quality time with his loved ones. His dedication and steady presence make him a great addition to the restoration team.
