I had a fire and after it was over we couldn't go in house for the smell. We didn't know where to go from there. Our insurance adjuster referred servepro to us and it was the best decision we made. The workers showed up and were so kind and knowledgeable. I could tell they were experts in what they were doing. I didn't have to make any decisions. They explained everything they were doing along the way. They brought huge filtration machines in and the smell was gone. Then they began cleaning the walls and cleared all the burned spots out of the ceiling. The second day they cleaned the ducts and finished cleaning up. They were so polite and easy to talk to. I was so appreciative to all of them. When they got ready to leave I gave all of them hugs and I was so excited to get back in my house. I appreciate servepro and the excellent employees.
