They say everything happens for a reason, and I wonder if the reason we had a kitchen fire was so I could experience the excellent service I got from the ServPro cleaning crew. Starting with Everardo, the crew captain, and all the crew: Julio, Brandon, Coco, Issac, Lino, Arturo, and John B ( I hope I didn't miss anyone). They had the highest work ethic, were polite, and energentic throught the 6 days they worked at our house. It can be unsettling to have strangers in your home, cleaning each and every item that has smoke damage, washing your clothes and packing your belongings to be taken to their facility for cleaning; but because of their professionalism I knew I could trust them. Even my little dogs liked them, and they are particular! I would definately recommend the crew from the Gurnee office to anyone who needs restoration work. They are all invited back for some homemade Horchata once my kitchen restoration is complete!

Cody coming out and checking out everything to summit to State Farm. Glad he was very detail oriented because we were missing some cabinets and I didn't know, which could of cost me down the road. Jeremy has this personality that makes it feel you've known him for some time, excellent communication skills as well, overall great guy!
