SERVPRO of Gurnee

We have used ServPro of Gurnee several times for water damage in our new home and have been so impressed every time, cannot recommend them highly enough in an emergency. John, Arturo, Jhon B and Lino all had high levels of professionalism and were so careful with our house. I was nervous with it being new but they took every precaution and got it back to its original state without damage! They did not oversell us but also gave me confidence there wouldn’t be any lasting impact. The office was also great to work with and so accessible. I feel so fortunate to have found this company!

All of the crews did a very good job, Coco and Eli did a wonderful job doing the final cleanup. Would highly recommend

They say everything happens for a reason, and I wonder if the reason we had a kitchen fire was so I could experience the excellent service I got from the ServPro cleaning crew. Starting with Everardo, the crew captain, and all the crew: Julio, Brandon, Coco, Issac, Lino, Arturo, and John B ( I hope I didn't miss anyone). They had the highest work ethic, were polite, and energentic throught the 6 days they worked at our house. It can be unsettling to have strangers in your home, cleaning each and every item that has smoke damage, washing your clothes and packing your belongings to be taken to their facility for cleaning; but because of their professionalism I knew I could trust them. Even my little dogs liked them, and they are particular! I would definately recommend the crew from the Gurnee office to anyone who needs restoration work. They are all invited back for some homemade Horchata once my kitchen restoration is complete!

I highly recommend ServePro of Gurnee. They did a fantastic job of cleaning my basement floors after having drainage installed. They were professional, kind, and extremely thorough.

Ivette and I are beyond happy with our new kitchen! Jenny, Cody, Jeremy, Eli, Bob were awesome. Jenny's communication was excellent. Cody coming out and checking out everything to summit to State Farm. Glad he was very detail oriented because we were missing some cabinets and I didn't know, which could of cost me down the road. Jeremy has this personality that makes it feel you've known him for some time, excellent communication skills as well, overall great guy! Eli and bob were very friendly and obviously knew what they were doing. Any issue that came up Jeremy was on it. Overall Satisfied with Servpro.
