I recently have had the experience of working with Salvadore who came all the way from Naples, FL with a crew to support Team Zubricki. I cannot say enough great things about Salvadore and his crew. He continues to go above and beyond to make sure I understand their next steps, he answers all of my questions with patience, he always calls/texts back in a timely manner, etc. He even made a point to be at my property when the insurance adjuster came so he could help guide them through the damages. He has a customer first mindset and truly cares about his clients and making sure they feel seen and taken care of. Major kudos to Sal for treating his customers like his family, for being so knowledgeable and for keeping such a hard working team. They do it all. Water extraction, board up (the board up guy Cliff is awesome), carpet cleaning, mold, biohazard and so much more. Richard Franklin has been great to work with and their crew is always professional. We use them for our apartment complex for multiple services. Would highly recommend.
