Was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly this process went. Carpeted condo basement flooded, discovered at midnight, not cool. Left a message and by 9am the SERVPRO guys were there assessing the damage and by 10am they had the drying equipment set up and running. I was not sure what to expect but Mike was A+ professional, awesome, a great communicator. Everyone they brought to help, including Bill who pinch-hit for Mike over the weekend, was easy to talk to.
