They arrived on time, with enough crew members to remove the damaged materials in a safe manner while safeguarding the items that were salvageable. Brian explained each step of the process and gave me tips to follow during the dehumidification process to help it along. This is my second time using ServPro for such purposes and ServPro will be my first choice if needed again. This was an insurance claim.
