Our Team

With over two decades of experience owning and operating construction businesses, Roger Butler takes great pride in offering efficient, quality service to homeowners and businesses.  Roger was drawn to SERVPRO because of the organization’s commitment to the highest standard of service and community enrichment. Roger has always had a desire to serve his local communities, and still holds an IHSA Certification with 18 years spent coaching youth and high school sports programs.

Team Butler also includes Mitch Lundry (General Manager,) Sandra Flores (Job File Coordinator,) Bryan Musser (Production Manager,) Leo Escobar (Crew Chief,) Jose Lira (Lead Technician,) Tony Escobar (Technician,) Tyler Gilmore (Technician) and Justin Peters (Construction Estimator).

Mitch comes from a finance and insurance background, and also has 10 years of experience working in construction. He holds a wide variety of certifications that allow him to work well with both customers and insurance companies including: Lead Renovator Certification and Subrogation Renovator Certification.

Sandra is a seasoned administrative professional with over 10 years of experience in office management and operational support. Combining her deep expertise in office administration with a strong customer service background, she excels at streamlining workflows while maintaining a high standard of service. Sandra is best known for her exceptional interpersonal skills and her innate ability to make every customer feel heard and welcomed.

Bryan is our Production Manager in the restoration industry, bringing a high level of technical expertise and leadership to every job site. He specializes in managing complex recovery projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards.

Justin is a well-versed estimator who hold a degree in business administration. Justin Joined our team over a year ago as an intern, and has made the transition to full time employment. He shows compassion and care for all customers, and uses his background in construction to create solid estimates that not only ensure a proper scope, but do so in an efficient manner. 

Our production team is comprised of Leo, Jose, Tony, & Tyler; who are all young gentlemen who share the eagerness to learn everything they can, and work hard on every project. They are all personable, and will do their best to treat all customers, and their property, with care and respect. Each team member holds a strong skill set in a different aspect of mitigations, which allow for a well versed team to complete any project a customer may have. 

Training

Our staff is highly trained in property damage restoration. From initial and ongoing training at SERVPRO’s corporate training facility to regular IICRC-industry certification, rest assured our staff is equipped with the knowledge to restore your property.
