Francisco has earned his Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician (WRT) certificate.

Konnor Ahlmann is the Commercial Sales and Marketing Rep at SERVPRO^®; of Arlington Heights / Prospect Heights. He has several years of experience as a project manager, claims representative and business delevopment.He has previous experience in the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician.

Robert Stine is the Commercial Large Loss at SERVPRO of Arlington Heights/Prospect Heights. Responsible for Commercial account development for the industry leader in water/fire/mold mitigation. Additional responsibilities include: Commercial Project Management, Project Coordination, New Lead Development, Manage Key Account Relationships, National Account Program Management, Vendor Relations, and Business Planning. He has several years of experience and has the following certifications; Commercial Project Managers, Water Restoration Setup & Extraction, Introduction to Drying Equipment, and Cleaning, Disinfectants, and Deodorization.
