Steven is a Mitigation Production Manager at SERVPRO of Idaho Falls and Rexburg/Rigby, bringing over 11 years of industry experience and a robust portfolio of specialized certifications. He leads mitigation and remediation crews with precision, ensuring every job meets SERVPRO standards and regulatory compliance. His deep expertise in water, mold, fire, and asbestos abatement—as well as residential duct cleaning—makes him an invaluable leader in the field and a trusted partner for clients during their most difficult times.

His extensive training includes certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT), OSHA 10 for construction safety, Asbestos Abatement, Supervisor Contractor, and Residential Duct Cleaning.

In his free time, he enjoys working on cars, fabrication, and learning new skills.

Lisa Padgett is the Estimator and Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Idaho Falls, keeping projects organized and running smoothly from start to finish. She prepares accurate estimates, manages job documentation, and ensures clear communication with homeowners, insurance partners, and the production team. Certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), OSHA 10, and CPR/First Aid, Lisa combines safety, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to support seamless project execution and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Shawna Bronson is a Job File Coordinator for SERVPRO of Idaho Falls and SERVPRO of Rexburg/Rigby. She plays a key role in managing job documentation, supporting project workflows, and ensuring files are accurate and organized from start to finish. Shawna’s attention to detail and dependable support help keep projects running smoothly for both the team and our customers.
