Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending time with her children and bringing a well-rounded perspective to her role as Office Manager. She is excited to be part of the SERVPRO team and looks forward to contributing to our continued success.

Martin serves as a skilled Construction Technician at SERVPRO of Idaho Falls, bringing several years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial rebuilding projects. With deep knowledge of construction practices and a commitment to quality craftsmanship, Martin plays a critical role in restoring homes and businesses after fire, water, mold, and other types of damage. His work ensures that clients not only recover — but rebuild better.

Steven is the Mitigation Supervisor at SERVPRO of Idaho Falls, bringing over 11 years of industry experience and a robust portfolio of specialized certifications. He leads mitigation and remediation crews with precision, ensuring every job meets SERVPRO standards and regulatory compliance. His deep expertise in water, mold, fire, and asbestos abatement—as well as residential duct cleaning—makes him an invaluable leader in the field and a trusted partner for clients during their most difficult times.

His extensive training includes certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT), OSHA 10 for construction safety, Asbestos Abatement, Supervisor Contractor, and Residential Duct Cleaning.

In his free time, he enjoys working on cars, fabrication, and learning new skills.

Though he’s been with the company for just one year, his leadership, field expertise, and wide-ranging certifications make him a respected authority across water, fire, mold, trauma, and specialty restoration services.
