We recently found ourselves in a difficult situation with our rental property, which was left with severe odor and mold issues on the subfloors. Because the damage was caused by long-term neglect, we were unable to file a homeowner's insurance claim. Servpro stepped in and handled the scoping for the remediation thoroughly. The team was incredibly patient with our numerous inquiries and quickly adjusted our estimate multiple times to provide an affordable yet comprehensive mitigation plan. Because the estimates were clearly itemized for every task—from demolition to remediation—we were able to efficiently separate and prioritize the work, which significantly helped us manage costs. Michael was absolutely wonderful to work with from the very beginning. He was clear and concise about exactly what needed to be done. His calm demeanor, professionalism, and timely communication throughout the entire process gave us much-needed peace of mind during a very stressful time. He went above and beyond, running the HEPA purifier for over five days to ensure the air was completely clear of contaminants and allowing extra time for the Ozone treatment where it was needed most. We can now move forward with the restoration process knowing the property is safe. We cannot express our gratitude enough and are so thankful for this wonderful team.

They came in and did quick remedy repairs to our roof that collapsed during a wind/rain storm! Really helped mitigate any concerns and issues and were great with communicating throughout the entire process.
I had to call ServPro from Moscow to come out for some water damage to a bedroom basement. The most friendly and professional guys showed up....thanks to Elijah & Wyatt. They had dehumidifiers going and cleaning up in no time. I can't thank them enough for the great service and were right on time also!!
We've had ServPro out for two separate kills remediation projects, and they've delivered in both results and customer service. Michael came out for our assessment and Zach came out for remediation, and both men were great about walking me through best course of action, the steps necessary, and getting the work done. Hopefully we won't need to call them again, but they're our first choice if we do.
