SERVPRO of Meridian, Star, Eagle

The Isaacson brothers and their crew came down to work here in Redding, CA after we went through the Carr Fire in late July. They serviced a number of homes on our cul-de-sac. We were impressed with the way they ran their business. They were very personable and explained everything well. They showed up when they said they would and their crew did a GREAT job cleaning. Thanks, SERVPRO of Meridian/Star/Eagle for helping us with smoke damage cleanup. 

Beth and the rest of the team that helped restore my house have been great. They have been flexible to my schedule, had fast and clear communication, and the crew were all extremely professional. I hope that I don't have any more disaster clean up needs, but I know I can call these guys if I do.

A huge shout out and congratulations to Lucas! We got to know Lucas almost 2 years ago after our kitchen, living room, and several other rooms in our house flooded. Of course we were traumatized and worried about every step of reconstruction.. in comes Lucas. He answered every question, helped us with major decisions and never left us hanging. We always heard from him by phone or email within several hours of our calls. Mind you we weren’t the only client he was dealing with, it was a terrible snow year and many homes and businesses were affected, but we were treated as if we were the only client he had. His team respected our home treated it as their own. Lucas has a heart and a personality bigger than life and it shows in his work! Thank you Lucas for relieving our stress and leaving behind incredible work! We will always be grateful!
