It was time for our annual carpet cleaning. We have a warranty on it that requires it. The Servpro team never lets us down. Scheduling the appointment was super easy. Crystal was great, got all the details of the things I needed, usually we just do carpet, this time we had some furniture cleaned. We added that request just a day before our scheduled appointment and she gave us pricing details and walked me through the process. Austin called me about 20 minutes before their scheduled appointment to inform us they were on their way. Once here. I walked them down on the job and what we needed. Austin and Shapan were fantastic. They took great care in managing hoses, setting up protective equipment to ensure walls and cabinets were protected.
