Jerry is the owner of SERVPRO Fort Dodge. He brings over 40+ years of experience in carpet cleaning. He has owned and operated SERVPRO of Fort Dodge since 2010. Jerry has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification IICRC: Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, and Carpet cleaning technician.

Lori is the co-owner of SERVPRO of Fort Dodge and has been a driving force behind the franchise since its opening in 2010. A graduate of Wayne State College, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management with a minor in Accounting. Lori's academic background, paired with over 15 years of professional experience, ensures that our business operations run with absolute precision. Before taking on the role of the Office Manager in 2014, Lori served as an insurance auditor - a role that gave her a deep, specialized understanding of the claims process and industry standards. Today, she overseas all bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll duties, ensuring that the "behind the scenes" of every restoration project is handled with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

Since joining SERVPRO in April of 2010, Joel has played an instrumental role in shaping the quality and precision of our restoration services. As an estimator manager, Joel bridges the gap between technical recovery and customer peace of mind. Joel is an IICRC-certified specialist across multiple critical disciplines. His mastery of Applied Structural Drying and Microbial Remediation allows him to design restoration plans that are not only efficient but scientifically sound. From specialized Trauma and Crime Scene response to delicate Fire and Smoke restoration, Joel's expertise ensures that every job is handled with the highest level of professionalism and care.

As the Operations Manager for SERVPRO of Fort Dodge, Corey brings an unparalleled level of expertise to our leadership team. With over 35 years of experience in management, welding, and fabrication, Corey possesses a unique mechanical aptitude and meticulous eye for detail that ensures every restoration project is executed to the highest standard. Corey is a highly trained specialist with multiple certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), including: Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire and Smoke Restoration, and Carpet Cleaning.

Shea is an estimator at SERVPRO of Fort Dodge. he brings over 15+ years experience of customer service to the SERVPRO of Fort Dodge team. As a IICRC-certified Water Restoration Technician, combines technical expertise with a customer-first approach to every project. Shea understands that property damage is a stressful experience, and he prides himself on providing accurate, transparent estimates while ensuring home and business owners feel supported through out the entire restoration process. His commitment to clear communication and quality service makes him an invaluable asset to both our team and the Fort Dodge Community.

Robbie brings a unique and valuable perspective to the SERVPRO of Fort Dodge team, backed by over 10 years of experience and 7 years of dedicated customer service. This dual expertise allows him to accurately assess property damage while truly understanding the structural integrity of every home he enters. Beyond his technical skills, Robbie is known for his deep empathy and unwavering patience. He understands that property damage can be a stressful and overwhelming experience for home and business owners. Robbie takes the time to listen, and answer questions, and guide our customers through the restoration process with a calm and reassuring presence, ensuring they feel supported from the initial estimate to the final completion.

With three decades of administrative experience, Kerri is the engine that keeps the SERVPRO of Fort Dodge office running smoothly. As our Job File Clerk, she is responsible for the vital documentation that accompanies every restoration project. Kerri also works closely with our estimators, providing the administrative support necessary to get our crews on-site and working for our neighbors as quickly as possible. Her deep understanding of office management and her commitment to accuracy make her an invaluable asset to our team and a reassuring point of contact for our clients.

Crystal is the welcoming voice and calm presence at the heart of SERVPRO of Fort Dodge. With over 15 years of administrative experience, she specializes in managing the vital first steps of the restoration process. Crystal understands that when a customer calls us, they are often facing a stressful emergency; she prides herself on being steady, compassionate listener who helps turn chaos into a clear plan of action. Her extensive office expertise and "people-first" approach ensure that every neighbor who calls for help feels heard, supported, and confident that our team is on the way.

Sidney serves as the Social Media Marketing and SEO Specialist at SERVPRO of Fort Dodge, where she bridges the gap between digital strategy and community engagement. A proud graduate of Iowa State University, Sidney holds a Bachelor of Communications with a minor in Advertising. With over 5 years of experience in both social media marketing and customer service, Sidney understands that effective marketing is about more than just visibility - it's about connection. She utilizes her expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), to ensure that when disaster strikes, our Fort Dodge neighbors and surrounding counties can easily find the professional help they need. Jeff Johnson is a crew chief at SERVPRO of Fort Dodge. Jeff has been with SERVPRO since April 2014. Jeff is a very motivated individual who's experience over the years make him a valuable member of our staff. Jeff proudly served his country in the Army for 8 years.
