When I realized that I had water damage in my basement that turned into a mold problem, I called another company first. After not being able to get them to come to my home or even return my calls, I called SERVPRO of Dubuque. They got back to me quickly and had someone here the next morning to tell me my options. We had water in our basement from a bad storm like lots of other people. I called around 7:30 and by 8:30 a team was there getting things cleaned out. Things that were to be junked was taken away and we didn't have to do it ourselves. They sent the paperwork to our insurance so we had to do nothing with that.
