Meet Our Team

Brian Konishi is our Owner and Operator. His initial adventure with SERVPRO began decades ago when he was an owner of an Insurance Agency. Brian is our go-to expert on any insurance related issues. Through out his personal and professional life he was always an active member of our local community. Brian is very involved in the daily operations, his office door are always open for everyone. He enjoys fishing and playing golf here on the Island.

Tammy Perillo is our General Manager at SERVPRO of Hawaii. With over 20 years in retail management, mortgage lending, real estate. Prior to joining SERVPRO of Hawaii, she previously owned and operated her own business for 8 years. she has a strong background in business management, financial, and marketing.

She enjoys playing golf and spending time with her family. Tammy Perillo serves as the General Manager at SERVPRO of Hawaii, bringing a wealth of experience and a diverse professional background to her role. Her career spans over two decades, encompassing significant leadership positions in retail management, mortgage lending, and real estate. This extensive history has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of various business operations and client-focused services.

Before joining SERVPRO of Hawaii, Tammy successfully owned and operated her own business for eight years. This hands-on experience honed her skills in critical business areas, including robust business management, astute financial planning, and effective marketing strategies. Her ability to navigate and succeed in a competitive business environment underscores her strong leadership capabilities and strategic acumen.

Beyond her professional achievements, Tammy is an avid golfer, finding enjoyment and relaxation on the greens. She also highly values her time spent with family, balancing her demanding career with personal pursuits and connections.

Neilana, Lani as she would like to be called for short, is our Job File Coordinator. Lani takes care of our paperwork, making the whole process quicker and easier for our customers. She was born and raised here on the Big Island, but she did spend the last decade in California. Since her return, she is very close with the local community, she volunteers at the local school and annually for the Kona Ironman Championships.
