Billy Brymer is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Kalihi Valley. Billy has been started with SERVPRO of Kalihi as a technician and worked his way to the manager of his department. His IICRC certifications are WRT, ASD, Commercial Drying. Billy's moto is "always here to help"!

Heather Brymer is our fire clean up Crew Chief here at SERVPRO of Kalihi. She has 7 years of professional cleaning experience. She is very reliable and a friendly and competent individual with experience of cleaning residential and commercial properties. Heather has a knack for paying very close attention to detail. She is also very thorough with her clean ups. She doesn't let any flaw pass her by. She is truly the best at what she does!

Brett Cadiente is our Field Marketing Manager, responsible for maintaining all our major accounts, developing promotional materials, scheduling special events, and training. His background is plumbing, operations management, and direct sales.

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Michael Shanaberger brings a wealth of knowledge in new home sales, marketing, and construction management. In his current role as Reconstruction Manager, Michael manages four Project Managers, who collectively oversee over fifty projects each month.

Dana Palumbo earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. With over 15 years of management experience spanning the retail and restoration industries, Dana has a strong background in overseeing operations and leading teams. She began her career at a local insurance company, working in the auto claims sector, and advanced to become a senior field property adjuster. In 2020, Dana transitioned to SERVPRO of Kailua, where she currently serves as General Manager.
