I would like to express how happy and satisfied I am as a customer of Frank’s construction work and his crew. Frank, Jien, and Mike work with SERVPRO® and as you can see in the photos I have posted here, Their work is excellent. I have had very bad experiences with construction work in the past so I was a bit hesitant when I had to redo my kitchen due to a burst pipe. Frank was extremely patient and respectful as to what I went through in the past and what I needed to get my kitchen redone. He began by providing me with a plan and worked with me on the items that my new kitchen needed. He and I went out to the stores to source what I was looking for. As I went through the aisles of the store, I would share what I wanted and Frank would advise me what would work and not work. He made sure that there would be no miscommunication from start to finish. Frank always made sure that I was within my budget with the insurance company and was kind enough to see where I could save on some things, which is very helpful when you are a retired person. I want to send out a deep heartfelt thank you to Frank, Jien, and Mike for their awesome work and such quick completion. I recommend them to anyone looking for great people to work with renovation work stemming from any damages.

We are very satisfied with working with SERVPRO®. From the first moment that we discovered we had a leak, SERVPRO was with us the entire way. From the initial mitigation efforts and follow up, to the demolition, to the flooring repair, and moving in and out, SERVPRO was reliable, efficient, professional, and we have been very satisfied with the quality of the finished job. Outstanding Customer Service! We had a fire in our storage room that almost destroyed all my family keepsakes and treasured memories. SERVPRO® sent out a tech asap and they quickly took all the family items to try and salvage as much as they could. The crew came here 4-5 people, with their manager /team leader (Heather ) and she had everyone moving fast & efficient ! She took time to explain the cleaning process and made sure I felt comfortable giving my treasured keepsakes to her. Thank you Heather ! One employee (Nam or Nom) really went into every area to wipe and vacuum all the soot he could find. The SERVPRO crew really helped get our place clean and back to normal. Thank you very much!!!
