This morning, we woke up to a burst pipe, with water pouring through the ceiling in our laundry room. With temperatures dropping into the high 20s overnight, I had left the water dripping, but it still wasn’t enough. I made a call to Servpro. Within minutes, help was already on the way. My neighbors responded; Roto-Rooter capped the pipe, and Patrick Pridemore, Servpro General Manager, was quick to step in and reassure me that Servpro would handle everything properly. Our home flooded on June 26 in the a.m. I contacted Servpro they were excellent the supervisor that came out was friendly and professional. Later that day Bailey came and he was excellent explaining what would take place. The entire team that came and served were superb please know each one worked well. I highly recommend Servpro! I cannot say enough about Randy Holland and his Servpro team! We had great communication and he actually kept appointments and showed up promptly which seems rare In this day and age! That was a breath of fresh air!
On 4/15/25 we had a fire at our home, I spoke to my insurance co and was told to get someone to check out the damages that the fire had done. I called Servpro of Valdosta gave the information about fire and with in a hour, Patrick was calling to set up a time to come to my home. He and his team were there to assess the damage, they took pictures, move the microwave, stove, and started the ball rolling with my insurance company. It has been one month now and the Valdosta Servpro team has been first class. If you ever have a fire, Valdosta Servpro is someone that you can count on. Even the owner took the time to come to my house and evaluate his workers work. A fire is not something that I would wish on anyone, but if you have one call Valdosta Servpro. A+++++
