Fantastic service all around! We called Servpro at our realtor’s suggestion to address some mold in the home we were purchasing. Daniel was very responsive, knowledgeable and prompt, communicating clearly and scheduling our assessment and mitigation appointments in a timely manner. He was also very reassuring. On the day of service, Frida and her team of two young women arrived on time after letting us know they were on their way. She explained her process thoroughly and set to work right away, communicating consistently throughout the day. To say they did a superior job would be an understatement. Frida walked me through all that they had done and provided helpful tips to maintain the mitigated condition. The area in question was free from musty odor and was sparkling clean (which was a surprise to me as I didn’t know that cleaning the area was part of the service). They left the HEPA filters in the home to run for two days and the tech who came to pick them up was courteous and efficient. Now I don’t want to put it out to the universe that I want more mold, however should this become an issue again (since we live in a rainforest), I would eagerly book Servpro of the Mountains’ services again with no hesitation.
