Leont'e Kindell
Leont'e Kindell is the Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO®; of Panthersville. Her core responsibilities consist of all office administrative tasks that relates to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs, and customer satisfaction activities. Her responsibilities also include basic accounting duties relating to accounts receivable and accounts payable, and to perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, creating reports, and converting the Estimator’s Scope into an electronic Estimate. Although this is her first Administrative Assistant position for a renowned 24/7 emergency services company, she excels in her role and ensures that she does her assigned tasks correctly.
Leont'e Kindell is originally from Saint Louis Missouri. She relocated to Huntsville Alabama to pursue her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications Media wherein she graduated December 2018. She aspires to grow within the company, she is very excited to learn more about the industry, and she is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of a great team at SERVPRO®; of Panthersville! She works closely with the Production staff to ensure that all jobs are scheduled, and the crews are utilized efficiently which results in balanced job scheduling. Her goal is to learn the concepts of the business and to plan strategies to improve the business operations of the team. She strives to grow the business to reach its milestones and to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services when we restore their properties “Like it never even happened.®;”
