I had water damage in my master bath and master closet from a malfunctioning jetted tub . The floors were soaked. The first company my insurance called said they could come at 5:30 pm the next day! Really??? I went ahead and called SERVPRO directly and they were here at night within an hour and mitigated the situation for the night. They immediately came back the next day to take out the damaged tile. They were VERY responsive, prompt, efficient and professional. I am definitely impressed thus far.
A sprinkler pipe was stepped on in my attic and broke and water poured from every sprinkler head in the house on all 3 floors. Needless to say my home was a 90% total loss and had to be demo'd. From the moment that SERVPRO stepped on site during my disaster Johnny Fiorentino (Manager) made me feel that he was going to take care of everything and that everything would be alright. He was very professional and focused each time I saw him and explained every detail of the process to me along the way. Even though the walls and ceilings were gone he made sure to leave the home as clean and neat as possible for the construction crew to be able to come in and do their job. He was truly awesome! There was another Manager who pretty much handled the crew who was also very professional and gave me words of encouragement. I would recommend SERVPRO to anyone! Not just because of their professional expertise but also because of their human side and the ability to make a person feel okay in a messed up situation.
