When the Catoosa County Sheriff’s Administrative Office flooded the early morning hours of August 21, 2026 Servpro answered my call. We had a water line burst during the night that flooded our entire house, down in the duct work, under the tile and hardwood flooring. Jeremy and his crew, Pedro and Crystal, were absolutely fantastic!! They were quick to respond, very thorough explaining the process, and always answered our questions. They were at our house everyday measuring moisture levels, adding/moving equipment, and we able to save our tile/hardwood for refinishing. I would definitely recommend their services!!
