Meet Our Team

Brandon Carraway is an Owner at SERVPRO of Columbus. He is the oldest son of our founding owner and has been working with the company full time since 1997 when he graduated from Jordan High School. Brandon is IICRC certified and in 2008 received his General Contractors License in the State of Georgia. He enjoys tournament fishing as well as hunting all types of game.

Crystal Carraway is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Columbus. She has been with SERVPRO of Columbus since 2009. She received her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in 2005 from Columbus State University. Crystal was born and raised in Columbus and graduated from Shaw High School. She is IICRC certified in WRT, OCT , HST and TCST. She enjoys spending time with her husband (Brandon) and their two daughters.

Hagan Carraway is a Project Manager with SERVPRO of Columbus. He is the son of our owner Dennis so he has many years of experience in the restoration industry. He is certified with IICRC in Fire & Smoke restoration. He has also completed certification for Crime and Trauma Scene Bio-Recovery as well as having his contractors license for the State of Georgia.

Casey Roberts is the Operations Manager for SERVPRO of Columbus. Casey has been with SERVPRO over 10 years; She came to SERVPRO of Columbus from another SERVPRO franchise in 2014. She has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Program and is IICRC certified WRT, FSRT and CoreLogic Level 1 Training.

Brandy Green is the Accounting Clerk at SERVPRO of Columbus. Brandy has been with us since 2014. Her extensive knowledge of accounting principles has been an asset to our company. Outside of work she spends time with her teenage son and family.

Rex is the Warehouse Manager here at SERVPRO of Columbus. He began working with us in February of 2017. Rex has over seven years experience in this industry. Rex holds certifications through IICRC and SERVPRO. Rex also retired from the US ARMY after serving for 5.5 years. In his free time, he likes to build furniture and spend time with his wife, children and grandkids.

Emily is a Estimator at SERVPRO of Columbus, where she is known for her dedicated work ethic and exception attention to detail. She takes pride in creating accurate, thorough estimates while helping ensure each project gets off to the best possible start. Emily is committed to providing outstanding service and helping customers navigate the restoration process with confidence.

Outside of work, Emily is happily married and enjoy spending time with her husband and son. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she brings that same level of care, dedication, and reliability to every customer she serves.

Lindsey is our Construction Admin. She has been with SERVPRO of Columbus since 2021 with many years of customer service under her belt she enjoys the work she does here at SERVPRO and the great people she works with. When Lindsey is not at work she loves to spend time with her family creating memories.

Shannon Smith is the Construction Coordinator SERVPRO of Columbus. She graduated from Columbus Tech in 2000 with an Associates degree in Business. She is a mother of two and has one granddaughter. Shannon loves spending time with her children and family. She enjoys gardening and flowers as well as watching the Braves play with her son, Jagger.

Will is in our Reconstruction Department as a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Columbus with over five years of experience in the construction industry. He is dedicated to delivering organized, high-quality reconstruction services from start to finish.

Nicole has been with SERVPRO of Columbus since Feb 2025 and currently serves as Restoration Supervisor and Business Development. She brings more than 15 years of customer service experience and 5 years of marketing experience to her role. Nicole helps oversee restoration projects while working closely with customers, insurance professionals, and the SERVPRO team to provide clear communication and quality service. She also focuses on building strong relationships with local businesses, industry professionals, and community partners. Nicole takes time in serving her hometown and helping customers through unexpected property damage with compassion, communication, and dependable service.

Josh Hartin is a Lead Commercial Technician here at SERVPRO of Columbus. He has been with us since July 2021. Josh, comes with 20 plus years of construction experience and restoration experience. When Josh is not working he is spending time with his children. Josh is also certified in IICRC WRT, Commercial Management Program, and SERVPRO U training courses.

Jay James is a Water Technician at SERVPRO of Columbus with four years of experience within the SERVPRO franchise system. During his time in the restoration industry, he has developed extensive knowledge in water damage mitigation, emergency response, and property restoration. Jay is dedicated to providing quality workmanship and helping customers through the restoration process with professionalism and care.

Known for his strong work ethic and dependable attitude, Jay takes pride in responding quickly to emergencies and ensuring every job is completed thoroughly and efficiently. His experience and commitment to excellent customer service make him a valued member of the SERVPRO of Columbus team.

Candice Wenthe is a Restoration Technician on our Fire & Contents Crew at SERVPRO of Columbus. Candice, has been with our office since 2024. Candice has completed our SERVPRO U Training.

Melanie is a Restoration Technician on our Fire & Contents Crew. Melanie brings 3 years of hands-on experience to SERVPRO of Columbus. She takes pride in helping restore customers' belongings after unexpected damage and being part of a team they can depend on. Outside of work, Melanie is a proud mom of three--one son and two daughters--and enjoys spending time with her family.

Toni Daniel is a Restoration Technician on the Fire Crew at SERVPRO of Columbus and is beginning her career in the restoration industry. She brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and an eagerness to learn and grow with our team. Toni takes pride in helping others and looks forward to building her skills while providing dependable service to our customers.

DeeDee is a Restoration Technician on the Fire Crew at SERVPRO of Columbus. As a restoration technician she brings 2 years of experience in the industry. She brings hands-on knowledge, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail to every job. DeeDee takes pride in helping customers get their homes and belongings back to normal after unexpected damage. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and is a proud mom of four and grandmother of seven.
