Discovered a long-standing water leak from a refrigerator issue after moving into a new house. Called Servpro and they were quick and responsive and got started with the mitigation process the next day. The whole team (David, Jonathan, Joshua, Roy, Katelynn and Jorge) worked for 1 week to complete the process. Very thorough and detailed and explained everything as the process went on. Convenient that Servpro has all the contractors available so no need for me to go looking for different companies to deal with the reconstruction process.
