Very prompt service. They arrived in an hour of being called on a Saturday. They were here almost every day until Thursday when they picked the equipment up. Every person on the team was amazing to deal with. One thing to note for us is we work from home so it didn’t matter when they came during the week. If your situation is not like ours, you will have to make arrangements for them to do their jobs. The tearout was extensive and time consuming and they put in excess of 20 fans to dry things up. Amazing service.
JT, Mike, Ken, Johnny, and the whole ServPro team have been doing a great job handling the contents and the demolition portion of our home rebuild since the fire. There’s still lots to do, but they’re on top of communication, and getting the team out to rapidly and thoroughly handle the job!
Pat JT & Mike came to the rescue on the morning of disaster! We experienced some major flooding in our newly completed office space! The team hit this tragedy head on with no stopping. They set the wheels in motion for getting this area back up & running asap! The team did all this with no hesitation & with a level of professionalism that I have never encountered! What an amazing team to have on your side in the worst of times! Can’t begin to thank them enough for job well done! This gave new meaning to team work makes the dream work!!
The entire process was simple and smooth. Theire 24/7 service is amazing! They were at my house within just a few hours of calling. The team was very courteous and friendly. They explained the entire process and got fans and humidifiers set up and in place so quickly and seamlessly. Thanks for helping make a difficult situation easier to deal with!
