Talena and this entire branch have been absolutely incredible. She has gone completely out of her way on three separate occasions to help me, and I haven’t even officially hired her for a service yet. She’s been assisting me with a real estate listing that had a lingering cigarette odor preventing the home from showing and selling the way it should. Not only did she take the time to offer her expert advice, but she personally stopped by THREE separate times just to check on things and help me troubleshoot the issue — all without expecting a dime in return. That level of care and dedication is almost unheard of these days. She also recommended a reasonably priced duct cleaning company that did an amazing job! I’m genuinely blown away by the customer service, professionalism, and kindness she’s shown me from day one. It’s hard enough to find good customer service anymore, let alone exceptional service from someone who gains nothing from helping. To me, that says everything about a person’s integrity and the kind of business they run. When someone is willing to help simply because they care about doing the right thing, that speaks volumes. I can confidently say this branch is honest, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused. I would recommend Talena and her team to anyone without hesitation!
