My home flooded all night from a toilet mishap. We called SERVPRO immediately. They were there within an hour or so and worked for a week drying up the house, removing carpet, etc. They also carefully packed up 41 boxes of my valuables so they wouldn't be damaged when the 39 blowers were turned on. Not one thing (all fragile and breakable) was damaged when the boxes were unpacked - can't say that about the packing the movers did when insurance decided to remove almost all the contents. I could not be happier with the work performed. I called them at 6am, they were there by 7:30 and completed taking out the 3 inches of water from my home by 5. They came each day for the next 6 to check on the fans, drying the walls, overall care. They helped us feel better as the process continued. I loved them.
