We had a pretty rough mold situation in our home. ServPro, specifically Rodney and his team, were brought in. We were very worried about the remediation, especially because we have a young child in our home and we needed to make sure everything was done in order to provide a safe home for her. Rodney came out and ensured us that things would be taken care of properly and that our mold situation would be remediated. From initial mold inspection to post-remediation inspection, all but one room tested over 90% lower in mold spores. The additional room tested around 50% lower and will need an air purifier running in the room to get it to test similarly to the rest of the home. All in all, ServPro was responsive, provided communication throughout the process, and kept us informed to their best ability during the 1-week ordeal. If, God-forbid, we had an issue that needed ServPro's expertise, we'd more than likely give Rodney a call due to our positive experience. We are not completely closed out with ServPro, but have had a positive experience thus far.

My water heater broke late on Sunday night. I called Servpro and spoke with Rodney. He sent Ron out around midnight. Ron vacuumed up all the standing water and put up large fans. He came back Tuesday and pulled up all the wet flooring in my primary bedroom and closet. He moved everything, including my kind sized sleigh bed by himself and put everything back when he finished! He did an amazing job! If, God forbid, you ever have a problem, Servpro should be your first and only call! Fabulous people to deal with!

Rodney and his team are top notch! My grand father was having drainage issues that spilled into his house and made a pretty horrible mess. These guys came in and made it look and smell new! Highly recommended!
This is the 2nd time I've used ServPro in Sumter County the Villages. They never disappoint. I called they sent Rodney out. Rodney assessed the situation and immediately went to work with Ron to get the job done. Last week I had another pipe burst and I called they were out, brought their equipment doing what they needed to do so the problem didn't escalate! Not only that but they found another issue and told me how to do a DYI, saving me thousands of dollars. These guys are honest and compassionate and know their stuff. I'm so glad there are still people and companies out there, especially in this area who do the right thing and get the job done right and don't take you to the cleaners.
