    Adonis joined SERVPRO of St Johns as a Technician in early 2025 and has quickly become a valuable part of our restoration team. He enjoys learning newer, more efficient techniques for water damage restoration, fire cleanup, and mold remediation—always looking for ways to improve service and results. Adonis takes pride in making clients feel at ease during stressful situations and values building trust through great communication and professionalism.

    When he’s not on the job, Adonis enjoys DJ’ing and catching the latest movies in the Jacksonville area.

    Alexis Reed

    Alexis has been a dedicated member of the SERVPRO of St Johns team since 2021. As a Job File Coordinator, Alexis plays a vital role in keeping projects on track, managing documentation, supporting both clients and team members, and ensuring every job flows as smoothly as possible. She takes pride in helping people navigate what can often be stressful or uncertain situations. Whether assisting a client directly or providing behind-the-scenes support, Alexis finds fulfillment in bringing clarity, organization, and calm to the process. She also values the strong communication and teamwork within SERVPRO of St Johns, knowing it plays a big part in creating positive outcomes for everyone involved.

    Alexis is working towards her IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT).

    Living in Folkston, GA, Alexis enjoys spending her free time outdoors and relaxing with her son and extended family. She also has a creative side and likes to unwind with a good show or dive into a project at home.

    Alyssa Corbitt

    Alyssa has been a valued member of the SERVPRO of St Johns team since 2020. As an Administrative Assistant, she helps keep daily operations running smoothly and supports both clients and crew. Often the first friendly voice clients hear, Alyssa is a reliable point of contact throughout the restoration process. Previously, she worked as a Production Technician, leading pack-outs and content management. She holds IICRC certifications as a Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), giving her a strong understanding of restoration work.

    Alyssa is known for her upbeat attitude and dedication to helping clients feel supported. A Florida native, she's proud to serve her local communities. Outside of work, she enjoys curling up with a good book and spending time with her young son.

    Amethyst joined SERVPRO of St Johns in 2025 as a Reconstruction Project Manager. She values being part of a team where hard work, trust, and integrity truly matter. Every day brings new challenges in managing reconstruction and construction projects, and Amethyst takes pride in being someone her colleagues and clients can count on—whether it’s for leadership, support, or simply getting the job done right.

    Living in Jacksonville, Amethyst spends much of her free time with her family. She’s passionate about wellness and personal growth, and she enjoys helping others along their own journeys.     Benjamin Alcorn

    Ben joined SERVPRO of St Johns in 2016 and brings a passion for problem-solving to every project. As Jacksonville Director of Operations, he thrives on the unique challenges each day presents - no two days are ever the same, and every situation is a new puzzle to solve for clients.

    Ben completed SERVPRO Industries Inc.'s Franchise Ownership Training Program (NFTP) in 2016, equipping him with strong leadership and operational skills. He also holds multiple industry-recognized certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), including Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS). With his extensive training and personal dedication, Ben ensures SERVPRO of St Johns consistently delivers dependable, top-quality restoration, cleaning, and construction services to Jacksonville homes and businesses.

    A Jacksonville resident, Ben isn’t much into TV - unless it’s watching live sports! He prefers spending his free time reading and listening to music.

    Bob Stilwell

    Bob, a Reconstruction Project Manager, has been a valued member of the SERVPRO of St Johns team since 2021, bringing over 20 years of experience in construction and restoration. Before joining the team, Bob worked as a Superintendent Supervisor for the construction division of a SERVPRO near Atlanta, GA. His strong work ethic is shaped in part by his service in the Army.

    Based in St. Mary’s, GA, Bob is passionate about meeting new people and helping them get back into their homes - because, as he says, “home is where we feel safe.” When he’s not managing reconstruction projects, Bob enjoys the outdoor life: playing golf, fishing, spending time with family, and tackling home improvement projects. He’s also a food enthusiast who loves sharing good meals with loved ones.

    Bob lives by the philosophy: “It’s not the length of life but the depth of life.”

    Bryce Newkirk

    Bryce joined SERVPRO of St Johns as a Production Technician in early 2025. Since then, he’s been a hands-on part of our team, helping with everything from water damage cleanup and biohazard cleanup to fire and mold restoration. His reliability and attention to detail make him a strong asset on every job site. Bryce especially enjoys seeing a job through to the end—he takes pride in helping people get their homes and lives back to normal.

    Bryce is working towards his IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT).

    Outside of work, Jacksonville-based Bryce enjoys playing video games, going fishing, and spending time in the kitchen cooking up something new.

    Charles Berger

    Charles joined SERVPRO of St Johns as a Project Manager in 2022. In his role, he oversees restoration projects from start to finish, working closely with both crews and clients to ensure every job is handled with care and precision. With a calm, steady approach, Charles is dedicated to helping clients through some of the most difficult moments in their lives. He is passionate about making the restoration process as smooth and positive as possible for our clients, and he finds fulfillment in helping people regain a sense of normalcy when disaster strikes.

    Charles holds two IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certifications) - as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and as an Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT).

    Outside of work, Charles is a devoted father of four and enjoys spending as much time as he can with his kids. He’s also a big sports fan, especially enthusiastic about football, and although Jacksonville is home he is a diehard Pittsburgh Steelers supporter.

    Kyle Barnett

    Kyle joined SERVPRO of St Johns in February 2025 as a Water Technician and is always ready to jump in and help wherever needed. In his role, Kyle is responsible for assessing and mitigating water damage, setting up drying equipment, and ensuring properties are restored quickly and efficiently. He takes pride in helping clients get back on their feet after unexpected water-related incidents. Kyle values being part of what he describes as “an amazing team where everyone works together.”

    Kyle holds an IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and has completed Restoration Sciences Academy's Restorative Drying 101 Course.

    Outside of work, Kyle, who is based in Jacksonville, enjoys spending quality time with his three children.

    Rachel Kirkland

    Rachel joined our SERVPRO of St Johns team in 2025 but has been part of the SERVPRO family since 2016. As Contents Manager, she plays a key role in helping clients recover from fire, water, and other property damage by carefully managing and storing their belongings. She takes pride in supporting people during stressful times and believes in the power of teamwork to get the job done “like it never even happened.”

    Rachel holds multiple IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certifications) as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Contents Processing Technician (CPT), and in Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT).

    Outside of work, Rachel, who loves living in St. Johns, enjoys the great outdoors - fishing, hiking, and swimming - as well as spending time with family and friends. Her favorite quote reflects her outlook on life: “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”

    Rashad joined SERVPRO of St Johns in 2020 and has become a key part of the team as a Crew Chief. He’s known for his problem-solving mindset and enjoys the daily challenge of what he calls “solving the puzzle of ‘something is wet - how do I get it dry?’” Rashad brings both skill and dedication to every job, ensuring clients receive high-quality restoration services.

    Rashad holds IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certifications) as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and in Applied Structural Drying (ASD).

    Rashad lives in Jacksonville and outside of work he enjoys streaming games with friends and is a passionate sports fan - especially when it comes to cheering on the Gators.

    Robert Santiago Reyes

    Robert is a Senior Project Manager at SERVPRO of St Johns, joining the team in early 2023 with several years of prior experience in the restoration industry. Robert brings steady leadership and a problem-solving mindset to every job. He specializes in managing restoration projects for both residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, or storm damage. What Robert enjoys most about his work is being able to help people during some of the most challenging times in their lives. Whether it’s a flooded home or a fire-damaged business, he takes pride in being a calm, reliable presence who clients can trust. He’s passionate about ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish and values the teamwork and communication that make that possible at SERVPRO of St Johns.

    Robert lives in Jacksonville. He is a U.S. Army veteran who served with the Cavalry Scouts and other combat units, traveling to many countries and states. When he’s not working, you’ll find him playing music - he enjoys piano and classical guitar - spending time at the golf course, or under the hood of his 2020 modified Mustang GT.
