It has taken me a couple weeks to write this review since we have been so busy fixing the water leak issues we have! I moved my night stand to vacuum behind it one very rainy day and to my horror the floors behind were flooding! I immediately called Servpro, they literally were at our door within 2 hours to inspect the walls, flooring, baseboards! To our shock, the water had gotten under the wood flooring and was saturated! Thank God not to much up the walls, just really hardwood floors and baseboard. They installed the drying fan equipment and came back every day to take readings of moisture remaining. The manager even came out on the second day with the crew to see what was going on. Roland and Martin were amazing!! they walked around outside, checked where the water might be coming from, believe me they went over and above ! They were thorough and educated us about everything they were doing! Highly recommend if you are ever unfortunate enough to need them! Ask for Roland and Martin as your crew!! And Jeff the manager is a genuine straight shooter!
I had sewage back up in my condo. Servpro was here in less than an hour. Everything has been cleaned up. I’m feeling grateful.
Servepro is truly our hero! The lower level of our canal-front home was totally destroyed by the September 2024 hurricanes, Helen and Milton. Giovanni and Brian, Servpro;s magnificent team arrived the day after the second hurricane and their work restoring our home has been incredible! The two men are THE BEST: caring, efficient, skilled, creative, clean—THE BEST! Our home was lovely before the hurricanes; now it is even better than ever. Not too long ago, we experienced severe mold damage in our home. We tried many alternatives for addressing this issue, but to no avail. Enter the cleanup wizards of our local Servpro here in Port Orange. Long story short, they more than lived up the company name - moving quickly and efficiently to fix the problem. And now, our home is 100% mold damage-free! Thanks again, Servpro!!!!
The problem is that I was in hot water with my wife because the hot water heater failed and there was water damage everywhere the first company we called were drips but the we found The Professionals at Servpro they knew exactly what to do and after the fair pricing I also realized that the drips I called first were just trying to rip me off Thsnk You Guys so much
ServPro didan OUTSTANDING JOB restoring our church kitchen ovens, stove, range top, and grill. I would highly recommend them. Curtious workers, respectful crew, cleaned up everything when they finished
The crew assigned to handle my damage and mold problem were from this branch. Roland, Marty, Juan, and Rick were absolutely superb. They carefully cleaned and packed the small items and made sure everything was safe before starting the removal. They did a great job with the damage removal and were quick to boot. The follow up testing showed no spores at all. This crew was A+, professional in every sense.
