His initial role was in the marketing department and later Operations Manager in Louisville, Kentucky. After moving to Central Florida two years ago he joined SERVPRO of South Daytona as the Sales and Estimating Manager to a more recent role as General Manager. In his spare time he enjoys attending ballgames with his two grown sons, pickleball and golf.

It has taken me a couple weeks to write this review since we have been so busy fixing the water leak issues we have! I moved my night stand to vacuum behind it one very rainy day and to my horror the floors behind were flooding! I immediately called Servpro, they literally were at our door within 2 hours to inspect the walls, flooring, baseboards! To our shock, the water had gotten under the wood flooring and was saturated! Thank God not to much up the walls, just really hardwood floors and baseboard. They installed the drying fan equipment and came back every day to take readings of moisture remaining. The manager even came out on the second day with the crew to see what was going on. Roland and Martin were amazing!! they walked around outside, checked where the water might be coming from, believe me they went over and above ! They were thorough and educated us about everything they were doing! Highly recommend if you are ever unfortunate enough to need them! Ask for Roland and Martin as your crew!! And Jeff the manager is a genuine straight shooter!
