    A proud father of three grown sons, Jeff's values family, hard work, and maintaining a positive outlook. Known for always wearing a smile, he approaches both business and life with optimism and a focus on making thoughtful, steady decisions—always aiming to avoid the big mistakes and stay grounded in common sense.

    While retirement is on the horizon someday, he continues to be passionate about serving the Sarasota community, leading his team with the same energy and enthusiasm he brought to the business from day one.

    Outside of work, Brandon enjoys quality time with his wife and young son, whether they’re lounging by the pool or enjoying a family movie night—usually featuring a Harry Potter film. A passionate youth soccer coach, he values the opportunity to mentor and inspire young athletes. At home, Brandon is also a devoted pet owner with a full house of furry companions.

    With a heart for service and a strong sense of family and community, Brandon brings both professionalism and warmth to everything he does.

    When he’s not on the job, Jason enjoys spending quality time with his four children and casting a line out on the water—fishing being one of his favorite pastimes. While many might start thinking about retirement after so many years of service, Jason has no plans to slow down just yet. His commitment to his work and his team continues to drive him every day.
