Storm Damage Repair Services

I received service from SERVPRO due to storm damage from Harvey. They came at request of my insurance agent. These 2 men were absolutely the best. The seemed to know what they were doing, did it, and were in good spirits. I recommend them for help anytime. IF I need help, I know who to call. Thanks.

I can't say enough about SERVPRO. We had mold and water damage in our bathroom. The remediation was top notch, but the renovation to rebuild my bathroom was nothing short of amazing. It started with the project manager Jake. He was very professional and very pleasant to work with. Anything I wanted in my bathroom he made sure it was done and with ease. His team Neil, Terry and Chris deserve a shout out also. They worked very hard, and were very professional and patient when I became very picky :) . The most professional and knowledgeable team. When I spoke to Joy, a pleasant and reassuring voice in the office, she said she'd contact the guys in the field and call me right back. And she did. Zach came within 2 hours and began to immediately address the water instrusion and mold issues. He alleviated my fears from having received an alarming mold inspection report, and helped me develop a plan to monitor my conditions and to pursue remediation and restoration if my situation warrants it. The team, including Darren, showed up on schedule and obviously like their work and their job. I am impressed and could not be more pleased with the results.  

We called the SERVPRO team because of a mysterious leak in the roof which then caused damage to the second floor bedroom walls and ceiling, Under the supervision of Jake, the team was able to quickly identify and troubleshoot the problem. The plaster in the walls and ceiling were removed and the damaged wood was replaced. The room was re-plastered and painted. The finished product matched the original home décor. Thank you to Jake and the team who were professional, reliable, and thorough. I would definitely call on them again.

Matt and his crew responded so quickly to our water damage. You could see how much he and his team cared about our situation. He was knowledgeable, attentive to our concerns, and very polite. What a great company. I never give reviews but this service was outstanding and it deserves to be recognized!
