I recently had to file my first homeowners insurance claim due to water damage occurring from my AC unit. Felipe and his team were absolutely outstanding. With this being my first time going through this process, I had a lot of questions which they answered all of thoroughly. We were on a cruise when our AC unit leaked in the house, and Servpro did a fantastic job helping us while abroad. Project Manager Felipe was very communicative via phone, text, and email to make sure we had all of the information despite not physically being at the house, and Technicians Max and Hunter did great work inside our home.
