Called ServPro Westside and within an hour Nick and Victor were over at my house doing an inspection of some flood damage on carpets and vinyl floors. Within two hours we had the pads removed, anti-bacterial spray applied, and 5+ fans and a dehumidifier deployed. The guys were courteous and clearly knowledgeable, and I believe honest based on my own perception. ServPro went back within 24 hours for a follow-up.

Colby and Brandon came today and provided excellent service! They were mindful of my culture and took their shoes off and watched my walls and were extremely careful with the equipment that they were installing to have our drywall dried out. They were efficient and very professional and completed the job in a timely manner and their communication was on point. These guys know what they’re doing and know how to carry themselves extremely well when they are inside of somebody else’s home.
The two gentlemen that came out to service my home today, Colby and Brandon are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They addressed all the issues. I would definitely recommend this company. and I will use them again if needed.
Susana, Stephanie, Yosselin and Danielle were absolutely amazing!! They cleaned up a major mess that a local plumbing company made in our house. The company opened up 30 bags of concrete in our home and mixed it in our home. It was everywhere. Concrete on the walls, ceilings, furniture! The ladies worked so hard and were all so nice to our family!!! I highly recommend this company for any type of clean up in ypur home!
